ABOUT US NEWS PARENTS PRE-COLLEGE COLLEGE GRADUATE SCHOOL CAREER SPONSORSHIP CONTACT US

At the Short List, one of our motivating beliefs is the importance of giving back to the community. The Short List Sponsorship Program helps students with financial challenges research schools, put together a focused strategy, and locate scholarship money, grants, financial aid, and college work study.

We also provide pro bono services to inner-city public schools throughout the year. In many cases, the students who receive this assistance may be the first generation in their family to go to college, and they often have little understanding of what the college admissions process involves or how to compete successfully in the college environment.

The Short List Sponsorship Program opens up opportunities for many students and families who would otherwise find it difficult to afford college, position themselves competitively, or succeed once they enter college. This vital program is supported by contributions from individuals and organizations that share our commitment to reaching out to their communities and enriching the lives of young adults through education. To learn more about our Sponsorship Program or to become a sponsor, please email us at sponsorship@theshortlist.org.

The Short List also works cooperatively with several organizations that provide mentoring to young adults. To learn more about their invaluable work, please click on the links below.
